First Group Project: July 14th meeting
Who: All Founding Members and potential members

What: Between now and July 14th, create a quilt square that is inspired by the word Surprise!  Your square must be 8, 12, or 16 inches square. There are no other limitations on your creativity.

When: On Monday, July 14th, at 7 pm, be prepared to place your square on our design wall -- and share your thinking and decision-making process.

Where: West Tisbury Library, lower floor conference room

Why: To get our creative juices flowing, to help us get to know one another better, and because we can't wait any longer to begin Guild activities! What we do with our squares after July 14th remains to be seen. We may decide that our respective squares could form the basis for a charity quilt or other project...

How: We will take turns 'showing and telling' our blocks. And then decide what we might possibly do, could possibly do, as a group with these blocks.
